ANNOUNCING
the
2016 Lippitt Club Calendar Contest
HOW TO ENTER
Contest opens on May 15th, 2015 and closes on July 15, 2015. Photos received before or after these dates will not be considered.
The theme for the 2016 calendar is “Lippitts For All Seasons”. We are looking for great photos of Lippitt Morgans in activities obviously in a seasonal background.
Each farm or individual may enter 2 photos for each season of the year – Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. (Total of 8 photos) Each season will be a separate category for voting.
Because we are promoting the living embodiment of the original type Morgan horse, photos taken before 2005 will not be accepted.
All photographs submitted must be in horizontal format. (In order to fit on an 8 ½ x 11” size sheet.) Altered or photo-shopped photos will not be accepted.
All photographs must be 300 DPI for clarity and ability to be enlarged. Lower DPI resolution photos will not be included in the voting because they will blur when used in the calendar. Photos taken with cellular phones usually do not reproduce well when enlarged.
Please do not submit original photos. We suggest scanning originals and send on a disc or by email (preferred). If sending a disc, please include a prepaid return envelope and mailing address if you wish it returned to you. Also include a completed Entry Form or information for each photo. Send to: Claire Wagner, 3615 N. Twin Oaks Valley Road, San Marcos, CA 92069 U.S.A.
Entry Forms are available on the Lippitt Club website and at lc2016calendar@gmail.com
Please download the form and make a copy for each photo you send. Attach the Entry Forms to your e-mail with the photos.

Sire, Dam, Registration number,
Name of person submitting, address, e-mail address, and phone number,
Name of owner of the horse,
Date of photo,

A note about winning photos in the Calendar: We will only include one photo of any horse or submission of any farm or individual in the calendar. This means that if more than one photo of a horse or from a farm or individual receives votes, the submission with the most votes will be included in the calendar.
Please send your photos and complete information, and direct any questions to the Calendar Committee at lc2016calendar@gmail.com We are looking forward to a large number of photos submitted again this year.
Thank You for participating!
