Here is a piece of history for you all!
This is Lyle and Mant Horton with Kit and Hortense Hoffman. Kit was EH Hoffman’s youngest son. Ed Hoffman (d. 1912) was a dealer in Morgan horses – also did some breeding. From Lyndon, Vermont. He also knew a lot of Morgan history and helped AF Phillips find horses (AF Phillips is in our cover photo).
